Terms of Service

Effective date: March 26, 2026

Who We Are

Finswitz is a payment facilitation and orchestration platform that integrates with third-party providers.

What We Do

We are NOT a bank, we are NOT a payment provider and we do not hold funds. We offer unified APIs, routing, and dashboards that connect merchants to licensed payment providers. Finswitz is an infrastructure layer. Funds are held and processed by underlying payment providers, not Finswitz.

By using Finswitz, you agree to comply with the terms and policies of the underlying payment providers.

Merchant Responsibility

You are responsible for your business activity, customer communications, refunds, and compliance with applicable laws, including consumer protection, AML, and tax requirements.

Subaccount Model Disclosure

We may create provider subaccounts on your behalf to enable settlement and split arrangements. Provider approvals and availability may vary by country and bank.

Fees

Platform fees are charged per transaction as disclosed in your dashboard and documentation. Provider fees may also apply.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, fraud, excessive risk, or at the request of payment providers.

Liability Limitation

Finswitz is not liable for provider downtime, settlement delays, or actions taken by third-party payment providers. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Data Usage References

We use data to operate the platform, provide analytics, and comply with legal requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
